A considered community starts with clear expectations.
Respect the person
Treat people with dignity regardless of business stage, identity or background. Make room for different experience. Harassment and discriminatory conduct have no place here.
Ask, don’t assume
Get permission before introductions, sharing contact details, recording conversations or publishing someone’s story. Confidentiality expectations must be agreed in advance.
Contribute without pressure
No scraping, unsolicited mass pitches, misleading credentials or promises of funding. Disclose commercial relationships and conflicts when they are relevant.
Safety and accountability
